WHAT IS IT?

The Technical Review Committee (TRC)  was approved by RVC Council in May 2025.  The TRC is to study and determine the efficient expansion of servicing/infrastructure for Langdon and surrounding area:

Langdon Waterworks will be commissioning four technical studies for the study area, which pertains to the following utility/servicing infrastructure: potable water, sanitary sewer, transportation, and storm water systems. Langdon Waterworks will be responsible for keeping the representatives up to date on progress or findings of the studies.

Q2 2025 – Program Initiation (TRC established) – Terms of Reference

Q3 2025 – Community Visioning (Vision Committee established, public engagement, committee report)

Q4 2025 – Draft ASP amendment (Draft policy/map amendments based on Infrastructure Report, Land Use Strategy, Public Review)

Q1 2026 – Bylaw Adoption (Public Hearing)
