Area Structure Plan (ASP) – provides the vision for the physical development of a community.
Affected individuals/landowners, stakeholder groups, and agencies were invited to provide their input to RVC on the ASP amendment until September 15, 2025.
TIME LINE:
June – August 2024 – Terms of Reference, Project Plan, Engagement Plan, Technical Studies
January – June 2025 – Community and Stakeholder Engagement, Draft Plan
June – August 2025 – Public Hearing.
